**Entrance is at Franklin & Bay Streets. Proceed on Franklin into Upper Fort Mason, and at the first and only stop sign, turn right on MacArthur. Building will be on the left. Drive down through the Commanding General gates and park in the driveway or any of the free parking spaces.
