Janis Miglavs
Janis Miglavs is an internationally renowned adventure travel and commercial photographer with more than 25 years of commercial, editorial and corporate experience, photographing vineyards, people and places in more than 30 countries.
His vineyard and winery photography has appeared on the covers of Wine Spectator, Harpers (England’s wine magazine), BC Wine Trails and Practical Winery and Vineyard. He just finished the photography for The Pacific Northwest Winery Tour Book by Chronicle Books to come out in early Spring of 2007. He also does a yearly vineyard calendar.
Currently Janis lives with his family in the rolling, vineyard-covered hills above Sherwood, Ore., and works out of a high-tech barn next to his home.
