Technical Tasting


This year’s technical tasting will feature two flights related to Symposium sessions.  The first illustrates the Varietal Choices seminar and will highlight varietals that you might not expect to see thrive in Oregon .  The second will demonstrate varying levels of Pinot noir manipulation using the Kyriakos method described in the Cool New Ways to Ferment Red Wine seminar.
