Along the way\, he collaborates with local growers and winemakers\, hand-selecting ingredients and vintages that inspire each menu. \nFor this special dinner\, Chef Tim partnered with Terry Culton\, Director of Winemaking & Vineyards at Willamette Valley Vineyards\, and DJ MacIntyre\,  Wine & Culinary Director\, to create thoughtful wine pairings that showcase the region’s distinctive terroir and seasonal flavors. \nTickets are $250 per person and extremely limited\, with only 14 seats available at the restaurant’s exclusive Chef’s Table.
