DESCRIPTION:SUMMER JAMS – Live Music\nJOSH COLE BLUEGRASS\nThursday\, June 4th 4-7PM \nGrab a glass of wine\, our wood-fired oven will be open\, and enjoy music from the Josh Cole Bluegrass at Rain Dance Vineyards\, Thursday June 4th from 4-7pm.  \nJosh Cole has been playing bluegrass in the Pacific Northwest for over 25 years. It started in the late 90s\, when he first heard “Midnight Moonlight” from Old and In the Way. That moment forever bonded Josh to bluegrass music. He went on to serve as President of the Oregon Bluegrass Association and continues to host “Music From the True Vine” on KBOO-FM\, the longest running bluegrass show West of the Mississippi. Josh’s influences include Ralph Stanley\, Larry Sparks\, and Bill Monroe\, many of whom are featured on the Josh Cole Bluegrass Show\, his podcast with nearly 200 episodes of traditional bluegrass recordings. Josh has played in dozens of bands\, along with running his own hard-driving bluegrass band for nearly two decades. That’s why hometown fans have lovingly nicknamed him “The Elvis of Portland Bluegrass.” \nWe will have seating available throughout the property\, arrive anytime between 4-7pm. DESCRIPTION:Join us at Grand Oak Vineyard for a hands-on\, behind-the-scenes adventure! We will be opening our five estate vineyards throughout the 2026 growing season with the second hike taking place at our Grand Oak Vineyard. This vineyard site is 40 acres with Pinot Noir\, Gamay Noir\, Riesling\, Gewürztraminer\, and Chardonnay planted throughout the property\, and great for more advanced hikers. \nMatt Vuylsteke\, General Manager for Rain Dance Vineyards will be your hiking guide while he introduces you to viticulture\, examining grape vines throughout the season\, and learning the nuances that determine the optimal time to pick. \nAll of our vineyards are located within the Chehalem Mountains AVA\, within a few miles of our tasting room. \nCoffee + Scones Provided | Starts at 9am \nComplimentary Admission \nPlease wear sturdy footwear for uneven vineyard terrain and dress in layers for Oregon weather. \nComplimentary Tickets: https://raindancevineyards.com/product/vineyard-hiking-club-june-6th
