As spring winds down, we turn our attention to the abundance it leaves behind. With longer days and summer just around the corner, we invite you to slow down and savor the richness of what Oregon has to offer at our Spring Bounty Brunch.
This relaxed gathering features local, in‑season ingredients paired with REX HILL wines, offering a simple, thoughtful way to experience the transition from spring into summer. Join us on June 6th or 7th. Reservations are required.
Menu:
First Course: Flan
Second Course: Pancetta-wrapped rabbit loin with peas and carrots
Third Course: Poached steelhead trout with braised fennel, spring onion puree, chive oil
Dessert Course: Strawberry shortcake
