Kick off your IPNC weekend festivities with R. Stuart & Co. and Cypress at the Atticus Hotel! One of the newest restaurants to McMinnville, Cypress draws inspiration from the diverse kitchen traditions of the Mediterranean while staying connected to their Pacific Northwest farmer and rancher relationships.
We are thrilled to pour our wines – including sparkling, library, reserve Pinots, and more – alongside their expertly designed fare. Holding an IPNC weekend ticket is not required to attend this dinner. We look forward to welcoming you to our table.
