Adelsheim welcomes you to their spectacular locations for an intimate evening of exquisite food and wine. Your evening begins with a reception and vineyard tour, followed by a four-course dinner thoughtfully paired with the host’s wines.
Adelsheim founder David Adelsheim and chef Paul Bachand of Recipe are both Francophiles, with a particular fondness for Burgundy, so it’s no surprise that their respective wine and food should suit one another so well. Listen to stories of Oregon’s wine history with a selection of Adelsheim wines paired with earthy and elegant fare from Recipe.
This event is part of Bounty of Yamhill County. A three-day food + wine event celebrating Yamhill’s vibrant community of famous wineries, celebrated chefs, and sustainable family farms. Proceeds benefit local non-profit, the Yamhill Enrichment Society.
