2023 is a milestone year for the Durant family. We are celebrating our 50th anniversary of family farming in the Willamette Valley. An important partner for us over the years has been James Beard winning chef and founder of the iconic Paley’s Place, Vitaly Paley. In the early days of our growing olive oil venture Vitaly embraced our oils into his menu and helped to put us on the road to success. My parents and I couldn’t be more pleased to have Vitaly and his wife Kimberly return to Oregon to help us celebrate this occasion.
Please join us in this celebration with a progressive event starting at the Durant Vineyards Tasting Room and a seated multi course dinner in the garden nursery – the heart of the property where my mom continues her passion of growing beautiful plants to share with all who visit us.
Our 50th Anniversary Garden Gala will feature a raw bar, mezze platters, and family style dinner of Vitaly’s signature cooking, all incorporating our award winning olive oils and paired with Durant Vineyards wine.
I look forward to having you join me and my family in celebrating my parents and co-founders, Ken and Penny Durant. I am forever grateful for the legacy they have left for me and all whom they have touched over the last 50 years.
