Erath & Portland Cheese Course – French Cheese

About this Event

In partnership with the Portland Cheese Course, Erath is hosting a unique series of Wine and Cheese events. Each session will focus on pairing 4 distinct cheeses paired with 4 Erath wines.

In this session we will focus on the cheeses of France. There are over 1,000 varieties of French cheeses, many of which are protected and regulated by tradition and law. We will take a look (and a taste) at the delights beyond the basics you may already know. Join us to learn what makes these cheeses so special and what amazing Erath wines pair perfectly with them.
