Nicolas-Jay invites you to an extraordinary experience as we kick off our Chef Dinner Series for 2026. We are honored to welcome Chef Michael Anthony, Executive Chef of Gramercy Tavern, to our Estate to craft a seasonal, multi-course menu in the heart of the Dundee Hills.
Under Chef Anthony’s leadership, Gramercy Tavern has held a Michelin star for nineteen years, earned a three-star New York Times review, and received multiple James Beard Awards, including “Outstanding Restaurant” and “Best Chef: New York City.” In 2015, Chef Anthony was nationally recognized with the James Beard Award for Outstanding Chef, and his acclaimed cookbook, V is for Vegetables, won the James Beard Award for Best Vegetable-Focused Cookbook.
At our Chef Dinner Series, your seat is positioned steps from the kitchen, allowing you to witness Chef Anthony’s technique and precision firsthand. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with our wines, creating a fully immersive culinary journey with lasting memories to come.
Pricing is inclusive of curated cuisine, featured wines, and full gratuity.
Please note: we are unable to accommodate fully gluten-free, vegetarian, or dairy-free diets. While the culinary team will make reasonable efforts to be mindful of dietary preferences, they cannot guarantee a 100% gluten-free, vegetarian, or dairy-free experience.
