Join us this weekend , May 4-5, as we place the spotlight on our Sauvignon Blanc wines. As a special treat, we have assembled an all Sauvignon Blanc tasting flight featuring our 2018 – 2022 vintages. We will also include a sneak peak (pour) of our 2022 Holloran Sauvignon Blanc Sur Les Peaux.
The Sur Les Peaux features fermentation ‘on the skins’ – we ferment the grapes in direct contact with the skins much like we do with pinot noir, and finish with an extended barrel aging. This results in a wine showing a deeper, firmer phenolic profile with quite unique aromas and flavors that evolve with some bottle aging.
Gather your friends and family and join us in our celebration of Sauvignon Blanc. We will also have our regular tasting flights available.
Non Club $25 Club Members No Charge. Reservations Suggested. Last Tasting Room Seating is 4:30 pm
