About this Event
We are thrilled to help local vineyards celebrate Oregon Wine Month in May by having you back in our kitchen for an informative and tasty demonstration cooking class all about pairing Oregon wines with seasonal food! We will be hosting two dinners to celebrate the addition of our newest Kitchen team member, Jean Householder. She joins us as a certified sommelier, with over 20 years of wine experience. Join us for just one evening, or a for all three!
On Thursday, May 27th, meet the assistant winemaker from the Ken Wright Vineyard at The Kitchen
to experience the Northern Willamette Valley through single vineyard wines
Chefs Jessica & Kate will walk through a demonstration cooking class featuring a four-course seasonal menu where we share the tips and tricks to creating a beautifully paired menu. Jean will educate you on the individual pairings with each course while a the assistant winemaker shares the sense of place that is created in the wine-making process that goes into the glass.

Registration Info
- The $250 registration includes 2 people and a four-course meal with generous pairings for each course. Additional people may be added to your group for $125 each. Rest assured that each group will be socially distanced for your safety.
- Seating will be offered for parties of 2 at each of our bistro tables, and 4-8 person groups at each of our two Chef’s tables.
