About this Event

Soak in spring with us at our Spring Soirée by savoring the culinary creations from our kitchen lead by Chef Ryan Rick paired with estate grown wines made by Drew Voit while enjoying live music.

Course One: Gnocchi Alla Nerano: basil pearls, parmigiano-reggiano, ricotta mousse, charred zucchini ribbons, balsamic cipollini // 2023 Estate Pinot Gris

Course Two: Spring Salad- cannellini beans, collard greens, bacon lardons, blistered tomatoes, fried shallot, boquerones filet, aji-amarillo salsa // 2023 Barrel-Aged Pinot Gris

Course Three: chicken moutarde served over rice pilaf, miso honey glazed parsnip // 2021 Reserve Chardonnay

Course Four: Chef Surprise // 2023 Estate Olexa Block Pinot Noir
