Join us as we collaborate with French Laundry Alumni and our friends at Truffle Shuffle to bring you a fun Lemon Ricotta Gnocchi virtual cooking class! Best part? Be the first to enjoy the release of our 2020 Yamhill-Carlton Rosé of Pinot Noir.
We guarantee by the end of this class you will ask, “Did I do that!?” This gnocchi is soft, fluffy and filled with rich, bright flavors. The brown butter, truffle, and sage sauce is heavenly and perfectly balances with the tart lemon. This is a special dish that pairs perfectly with our Rosé and Pinot!
