Nov 12th Workshop: Disgorging The World of Sparkling Wine
Champagne, Crémant, Prosecco, Cava, Brut Nature, Demi-Sec… The list goes on. Understand the many methods, traditional grape varieties and classified styles used in sparkling production across the globe. During this bubbly seminar you’ll enjoy a variety of sparkling wines from idealistic regions including examples from our very own sparkling wine portfolio. Seating is limited. Light bites will be provided to accompany the wines. Members receive 15% off wine purchases made during workshops.
