Corollary Wines

Corollary Wines is dedicated to exploring the terroir of Oregon's Willamette Valley & its expression in traditional method sparkling wine. Your tasting experience will take place on our outdoor patio and be led by one of the owners/winemakers, Jeanne Feldkamp and Dan Diephouse. During the visit you'll taste 4-5 different sparkling wines – tasting blends, roses, blanc de blancs – as well as diving into what makes Oregon a great place for bubbles and how they're made. Our tasting room is located at Winter's Hill, so please follow the signs for their facility and you will see signs to our tasting area when you arrive.
