About

Established in 2019, Domaine Lumineux is a continuation of the Coppola family’s long-standing winemaking tradition. Previously known as Domaine de Broglie, Domaine Lumineux honors the profound interplay between light and wine. Its name pays homage to Francis Ford Coppola’s deep fascination with science, specifically the quantum theory of light and how its wave-particle duality offers a glimpse into the mysteries and intricacies of the universe. The Domaine Lumineux estate is located in the renowned Dundee Hills in the northern Willamette Valley. Ranging from 670 feet to 870 feet, our vineyard is a relatively high-elevation, late-ripening site with cool growing conditions, situated less than a mile from where the first Pinot Noir vines were planted in the Dundee Hills in 1965. Today, the area is considered one of the premier Pinot Noir growing regions in the world and home to some of Oregon’s most acclaimed wines. Domaine Lumineux produces award-winning wines made exclusively from fruit grown on our 42-acre, LIVE Certified sustainable vineyard. With devotion to the land and a commitment to quality, Domaine Lumineux illuminates the beauty of our vineyards in every bottle. The Domaine Lumineux Tasting Room opened in Downtown Newberg in February 2024 and is now open daily from 11am-5pm (excluding special event days).
