Built into the hillside of Oregon\u2019s wine country, the facility allows gravity flow during harvest, and a twelve-person sorting line for the meticulous sorting of fruit that Jean-Nicolas has employed as winemaker at Domaine M\u00e9o-Camuzet. Two separate temperature controlled barrel rooms allow for overvintaging of wine and proper elevage year-round. Our spacious indoor tasting room and outdoor patio invites groups to understand our award-winning wines and vintages, and the people and places that made them.\r\n\r\nJoin us inside our restored cattle barn for an intimate and personalized presentation of our wines. Lasting 75 minutes, your knowledgeable host will guide you through a seated tasting of current release wines and share stories of our Burgundian roots, our winemaking philosophy, and histories of our iconic vineyards. Each tasting is thoughtfully paired with a selection of cheeses from Cowbell Fine Cheese in Portland. Our tasting lineup is constantly changing, but will always feature Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.",
