Stomp by Croft Vineyards

Our newly renovated tasting room, Stomp, is now open every:

Friday 3pm - 8pm Saturday 12pm - 5pm Sunday 12pm - 5pm

We have indoor and (covered & heated) outdoor seating. Our deck features views of the Willamette River and overlooks our family cherry orchard. Our food menu has a selection of fresh whole ingredients including scratch pizzas, small plates and desserts.

In 1982 Chancy and Toni Croft realized they appreciated wine.  This soon led them to the realization they would also relish the challenges of growing wine grapes.  After an extensive search they purchased 28 acres of farm land outside of Monmouth, Oregon.  Though they knew next to nothing about growing wine grapes they did know they wanted to farm the land organically.  In 1984, they purchased another 70 acres of land near Dallas, Oregon to plant more vines on.  Both vineyards have been farmed organically from the beginning, they were certified organic and Salmon-Safe in 2008.  The Crofts began making small amounts of wine, often working with new winemakers in custom crush facilities, beginning in 1988.  Though the majority of the vineyard’s grapes are still sold to other Oregon wineries the Crofts have now put in a small winery and tasting room, Stomp, near Salem, OR.
